I went to the shop after having my oil and filter change at another location. The other location told me that I needed to get my 200000 mile check up done soon, very soon.My warning lights had been on for some time that service was due in a number of areas. Coincidentally, my trunk open alarm started alarming, an annoyance. I took the car in to Kruse & Lucas as I was going on a trip and I didn’t want my car to fall apart :-). I did mention the trunk sensor alarm but that was not my primary problem I wanted my car to be safe because I had all of the warning lights on that I needed overdue service. Maybe a bit of a miscommunication, as the focus was trying to diagnose and fix the trunk sensor problem. Bottom line, diagnostic was done and my service lights were adjusted. I drove the car a total of 900 miles safely :-). Marcus checked the car and stated no service was needed at the time and was very professional. Thank you.
