I will be a customer for life! I’ve done business off and on with them for over 30 years. I will never take my car anywhere else! Most recently I took my 2009 Mercedes 320 CDI for a problem. They spent hours troubleshooting the car only to call and tell me they thought this problem was either the turbo charger or EGR valve or both. They then told me after some research that the repairs would likely be covered under an “extended warranty” by the dealer because of a known problem. They then offered to take the car to Modesto Mercedes for me as a courtesy because I live in Turlock. They very easily could have done the repair and charged thousands for it, but did not. I cannot say enough about Chris, the owner, and the rest of the crew. I very highly recommend Kruze Lucas without any reservations for all of your automotive needs.

Kruse Lucas is excellent, I can't recommend them highly enough. Our experience with them was top notch. From the minute we called them to inquire about having our vehicle towed there from Twain Harte they communicated every step of the way - from receiving the vehicle, to determining the issue, the test run, repair and finally completion was less than 48 hours. We have never had an experience so fast and thorough when it comes to car repairs. There were several error codes for which most other shops would have taken us to the cleaners on, but they knew how to clear them, find the issue with the proper Mini Cooper analysis technology and quickly complete the repair. Had them take on the huge task of replacing my stripped camshaft gear on my wife's Mercedes C230...basically an engine teardown. Had a bunch of stuff replaced while it was tore apart and after a year or 2 the car is still running flawless with zero issues whatsoever. Highly recommend if you're looking for a good quality mechanic.
