This establishment is very unprofessional, and will do anything to squeeze money from you. Including cut wires and unplug sensors, once they get their hands on your vehicle they will cause damage to your vehicle that wasn't there before, in order to charge you more money, for repairs and labor and they don't care about the consequences of hurting you while you drive off with a vehicle they purposely made faulty. I took my Volvo in because of a light, it was a transmission light that needed service nothing eles was giving me problems on my vehicle besides the light that was on. I asked Kruse Lucas to do a diagnostic on my vehicle and pinpoint why the light was on. They made me wait almost one week before I could even bring in my vehicle to be looked at, I also had to take the day off of work just to bring in my my vehicle because it would be there all day. Once I got my vehicle back they had not did a full diagnostic on my vehicle and said they were unable to pinpoint what was wrong with the transmission but gave me an estimated for other things they wanted to do on my vehicle like replace all engine mounts, and I just had brand new ones replaced two weeks prior to taking my vehicle into Kruse Lucas. The technician never mentioned to me he unplugged sensors and cut wiring to my vehicle when I paid for their services. Instead when I got my vehicle back he had left me posted notes inside my vehicle and in the engine where he cut and unplugged sensors. Telling me he had done so on post-it notes. As I stopped at the first light down the road I knew there was something very wrong with my vehicle, I was unable to drive my vehicle home to Atwater it wouldn't make it with all the negleces this tech had caused to my vehicle. When I picked up my vehicle it was 5:30 they were all leaving as I drove off, after I hit the first light my vehicle wouldn't accelerate the rmps would hit 3 and 4 but I was barely moving 5mph, I had to pull over to a different shop down the road and ask if someone would help me and take a look at what Kruse Lucas had done to my vehicle. Inside the engine there were post-it notes where the tech had cut wires and unplugged sensors. I watched as the mechanic pulled it out of my engine, I was horrified and couldn't believe someone would do this. It cost me more money to fix what Kruse Lucas had done to my vehicle, just so I could drive it home. I will never do business with those crooks again. When I spoke to them about what had happened they completely deny everything and could careless about what that technician did to my vehicle. By far its the worse place I've ever been to in my entire life.
